犹记你们在异域文化体验中心研习茶艺的专注、在绿茵足球赛场挥洒汗水的激昂、中华经典诵读大赛的铿锵语调，不仅见证着青春成长，更成为中外文化交融的生动注脚。玉林师范学院的国际教育事业，因一代又一代像您这样的校友的到来，而不断发展、走向成熟。学院从"播种者"成长为连接中外的"连心桥"，培养和输送了千余名知华友华的国际友人。课堂里的相视一笑，活动中的携手比肩，每一代国际教育人都以"以文化人、以心相交"的初心，让中华文化在世界舞台绽放光彩。

A Letter to Alumni at Home and Abroad of the College of International Education
Dear Alumni,
Warm greetings! For eighty years, Yulin Normal University has upheld its founding mission with steadfast dedication, forging an enduring legacy of education. On November 11, 2025, our Alma Mater will celebrate its 80th anniversary—a momentous occasion that the College of International Education (CIE) is proud to share, having grown and thrived alongside it for over a decade. Since our establishment in 2009, we have welcomed and graduated more than a thousand students from every corner of the globe. The melodious recitations in Chinese language classes, the hearty laughter echoing through cultural workshops, and the triumphant cheers on competition stages—these precious moments have woven themselves into the vibrant tapestry of CIE's history.
We still vividly recall your focused gaze as you mastered the art of tea at the Cross-Cultural Experience Center, your exuberance as you raced across the green football field, and your passionate delivery that captivated audiences at the Chinese Classic Recitation Competition. These instances were not merely milestones in your personal growth; they were vivid manifestations of cultural exchange between China and the world. The international education program at Yulin Normal University has flourished into maturity, thanks to the contributions of alumni like you, who have carried our spirit forward through each generation. Our college has evolved from a "sower of knowledge and culture" to a "bridge connecting China with the globe," nurturing over a thousand international friends who truly understand and cherish Chinese culture. A shared smile in class, a collaborative effort during campus activities—every member of our CIE community has remained faithful to the belief of "uniting people through culture and building bonds with sincerity," helping Chinese culture radiate brightly on the world stage.
To commemorate this 80th anniversary, the university will host a series of grand events, including an anniversary gala, alumni forums, and lectures featuring distinguished alumni. Eighty years of affiliation with Yulin Normal University, over a decade of connection to the College of International Education—whether you journey back to us from near or far, or join us virtually across the digital screen, our Alma Mater and college will always be your eternal spiritual home. In November, Yulin basks in the warmth of pleasant autumn weather, and we eagerly anticipate reuniting with you at this spectacular celebration—one that "links the world through language and honors our profound bond with the Alma Mater"!
